I had a (right knee torn meniscus) arthroscopic surgery and a barrage of physical therapy in the USA prior to my Philippine visit. While in the Philippines, the pain and swelling persisted. Lucky me, a kind-hearted Orthopedic Doctor Richard Condor came to the rescue. Long story short, without an appointment, he aspirated water from my swollen knee and, injected "some" gel in. Miraculously, it's been over 2 years, and the said medical issue has not bothered me anymore!
